This Looks Like a Good Short

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at Nikola which is a competitor to Tesla in the big truck company. There’s not a debate on one of the electric trucks will actually work because you’re going to need massive batteries in order to pull that off. And they need to be a little more efficient so for about trucking and freight across the ocean didn’t make as much sense it does for the consumer cars like Tesla and everybody else is producing right now. There’s also a little bit of bad news out there for potential founder or CEO of this company. Some of it could be true. Some of it could be false. You just have to do your own research. But don’t look over this company. Plus and on top of that you got a nice little technical sell signal. It did pretty good through covid. As you can see here it handled it ok. But for the most part it has been July it has been below the cloud and hanging out there for a bit. And now yesterday it fired off a new fresh short below the cloud. And as you can see here so if you’re going to do a bracket if you don’t like my analysis just do a bracket like take it easy. It’s a binary area up or down. If it goes above potentally $41.16 you could get long. If it goes below $36.60 you could go short. You’re in the cloud in the $60 and you’re down on the 10-minute. I would say it’s probably going to go a little bit lower. It’s not trending well according to the ADX here on the bottom. And you’ve got a lot of pressure to the down side. I would say ultimately it will probably rest and settle at a below $15 so be on the lookout for that if you want to short. It looks like a decent one in my opinion.
