What Does the Leading Line Crossing the Lagging Line Mean?

Hubert Senters here. Got a question from Pam. It’s really a simple question and short. Question from Pam what does it mean when the leading line crosses the lagging line and vice versa? So Pam it’s a good question. I cover all the stuff in the Ichimoku cloud charting secrets but I’ll show you kind of what it’s doing. It means there’s a potential trend changing. And those two are the faster lines so turning line standard line so in the standard line across the turning line or I’ll just say turning line and standard line. It’s usually turning, standard. The one that’s closest to the price action is the turning line. The one that’s second closest is the standard line. When they cross it usually means heads up I’m going to reverse the directions so in this case it was going up and reverse and then it went lower. So what if they like hey, it’s going to be a decent short probably to at least the top of the cloud, the bottom of the cloud or it can potentially be a really good sell signal. I don’t tend to take them above the cloud like that. What I would do me personally is I would let it drop below the cloud and then do a criss-cross or an X pattern. So in this case scenario right here you can see it’s above the cloud and you have criss-cross right here where they cross and you also had it right here so either one of those would really be good longs. And as you can see it went a lot higher. So it’s a potential trend change in the opposite direction depending on which one is crossing. And you can figure it out fairly quickly by just looking am I above the cloud? Am I below the cloud? And take those. Don’t take the ones like this one up here although it was a good signal. It’s not one that I would take personally myself. Johnny Seville is going to be having a special webinar on How to Predict Explosive Moves by Following Insiders! Tuesday, March 9th at 8:15 PM EST. Now, you may have seen an insider presentation before I like how Johnny does it because he does it with insider information and technicals which is I think is a far superior way of doing it than just blatantly following insider. When I look at insider’s information I always make sure that I couple it up with a technical signal too because I really don’t care if insider is a buy or not. If I don’t see a technical signal I’m not taking it but if I had an insider or a group of insider’s buying and I also had a technical indicator I’d be more apt to jump all over that. Good luck. Hope it helps. I’ll HYPERLINK you to this page. Hubert.
