Got a question from a viewer what I think about Amazon. Heads up, I’m a long time investor in Amazon. I love the company. I love the stock. Heads up, I don’t actively trade every minor pullback. I still think Amazon over the longer term is going to go higher. Unfortunately right now, I think it’s got a limited opportunity to do that.
You have opened and closed above the turning line and now the standard line which implies that this thing wants to go back up here and revisit the bottom of the cloud at $1,800 so I think you do have a decent opportunity this would be a weak long into overhead resistance at $1,800. Now, I would love nothing better than if it cleared $1,800 it went back above $2,000, I’d love that.
The technical don’t say that’s going to happen yet but it could. But I think if you’re long anywhere from $1,546 above the turning line or above the standard line. A good target would be in the area of $1,765 to $1,800.
