Let’s take a look at the markets. If you ever see a market like this and you’re a trend trader, run. Run away quickly.
So if you look at this screen it really depends on how you focus on what you’re trading. I want you to focus on what you’re looking at.
So this is Rough Rice and right now in my opinion I think it’s untradeable and now it looks like it’s super violent from $12.80 up to $13.80 just back and forth.
But then if you shrink this down like this and then you bring in some more data you can see that overall right now I call this a box of pain because that’s exactly what your account will be going through.
It’s a box of pain. When you see something like this it’s very hard and it might be impossible to trade. Right here that is a very tight range so what it will do is it will even try to trick you into falls into.
And it’s going to break out. So if you look at this and let me move this little box around so you can see a box of pain just right up, down.
It’s going to break out. Got you sucker. Up, down. Sell off. Break out. Got you sucker. And then back up. So be super careful in what markets you at least throw your money at.
Because sometimes trading feels like an educated form of gambling. And then other times you’re like man you’re getting frustrated it’s not easy.
Try to avoid the account killing box of pain that will grind your account to dust.
