Can You Trade Bonds from South Africa?

Hubert Senters here. Got another question from a viewer. Let’s go grab that question. Hi Hubert, I am from Cape Town in South Africa and will be interested in signing up for the Bootcamp. Will it be possible for me to manage the course as well as trading the US Bond Market from South Africa? Looking forward to your response. Kind regards, Jacob. Yeah. You should be able to do it fine. I say that I am not from South Africa so I don’t really know but as long as you can trade the bonds from there. I would say interactive brokers would be a good choice just because it allow a lot of international clients and stuff like that. But anybody that will let you trade a futures account on the bonds then you should be good. The class is Evergreen and I’ll also be teaching another live class probably next 30 to 45 days. I trade the bund and I’m not from Europe so I don’t know why you couldn’t trade the US markets here so yeah, as far as I know you should be good to go because I can trade the bund which is a European product and I’ve only been to Europe once. So I’ve never been to South Africa but if I want to trade your market I just have to figure out where and what account I have to open and then what exchange it was on and that would be good to go. So you should be solid. What I would do is I would call your local broker there and ask them if you have access to trade bonds either the 10 year note or the 30 year bond. And if they say yes then you’re be good to go. Now, for the rest of you that are not surrounded by great white sharks on Cape Town South Africa so for the rest of us and in the United States. You don’t have to worry about that. You don’t have to be worried about being surrounded by a great white sharks either. Just joking. I will be having a special live webinar on How to Make $1,0000 or More Risking Only $156.25. Wednesday, March 31st at 8PM EST. Good luck. Hope it helps. See you on the next video. Hubert.
