In yesterday’s video, we’re talking about the importance of using the ADX for a trend identification tool. And then we were going to overlay Ichimoku on top of that. So here I know I’m going to try to avoid the market because the ADX is below that green threshold so I’m going avoid basically this stuff. Now, I’m above the clouds. I want to focus on longs when the ADX is above $20.
I’m going to stay long until the cloud until the price action closes either one to three bars below the cloud. Look, I’m still trending environment and now I can short this thing. And then once again, I’m not going to go long again until I get above the cloud and the ADX is above $20.
