Let’s take a look at the bonds market so the bonds are going to bounce for the next two to four days because they already bounce today on an hourly chart when you get a a signal like this on the 60 minute chart right here.
When you get a buy signal above the cloud they usually bounce for three to five days in that direction so heads up, if you’re right now totally bear up on bonds they don’t go just straight down.
They will wiggle around a little bit so down, retrace. It’s going to do all those retraces right there. See that little bounce right there. That one right there.
Now, you can get another one. Getting this right here. Bounce up. It will take next two to four days and then it will roll back over so right now is a perfect time to figure out how to trade them bad boys as it’s in a transition.
So one of the questions I have from a viewer has to do with doing the retracement. And it is from Michael.

I have the bonds retracement indicator for Trade Station. It works fine when I do a retracement on a low point to go short but I can’t seem to do a retracement from the long entry. Is there something I need to change in the inputs? Thank you, Michael.
Yes. There is Michael. Super easy to setup. Let me show you how it works. So Michael for a simplicity purposes you can do this short but you’re having a hard time doing the long.
You just have to change one input in the indicator and I’ll show you what it is. So what I have it setup which you may want to copy is I like being super efficient and effective.
So on the left hand side of my screen here I have the 5 minute chart of the US the 30 yr. And on the right hand side I’ve got the short.
So on the left hand side for me is going to be long and right hand side is going to be short. And the only thing I change in the inputs is this right here.
So first let me grab over here so this is long side. So what I want to do is I’d want to go from this high point and then left click. And that will give me my pullback.
If you open up the indicator by just left clicking. Here it says override direction. 1 means long. And if we come over here and do the short side.
Let’s say we would go short side would be like this. There you go. So now you can see entry there, target here. If you’re doing the opposite entry here and target there. If we open up the indicator all your changing is this right here minus 1.
So on this side it’s going to be minus 1. On this side it’s going to be plus 1. And what I do is I just have a work space.
Left side is long. Right side is short. And I’ve got the indicator setup on those time frames or on those charts. And then I always know to keep it really straight. That way I don’t have to go in there and fiddle with it. So then it’s really simplest right here.
Now, for me on this I’m going, there you go. And then on this side right here. I’ll remove it. And then I’ll replace it. So that would be a short. I mean this will be a long. And that would be a short.
