TRADING TIPS

What are All the Pretty Colors?

Hubert Senters here.

Let’s go through some of the basics of Ichimoku in the next few videos. So number one you got a bunch of weird looking lines on the charts which can be intimidating and slightly confusing if you don’t know how to use them.

So the first thing you need to know is this thing right here in the middle of your screen. It doesn’t really matter what you trade. It works on a ton of different stuff.

This thing is called the cloud also called the Ichimoku cloud so this is the cloud, CLOUD. How it’s going to perform is when we’re doing scans what we’re looking for is something that went above the cloud or below the cloud.

So if it’s gone above the cloud like in this instance right here. I want to have anywhere from 1 to 3 days above the cloud and that’s telling me that I’m probably going to get a nice little trend trade in that direction up. So that’s the first thing.

It also work to the down side. Here was a signal where you had four down but then it reverse just because overall Goldman Sachs was non-trending in that point of time.

I’ll walk you through how to know when to trade this and when not to trade this. So the first thing we’re going to look for is above or below the cloud above 1 to 3 days below 1 to 3 days.

The second thing that you need to know is this thing is going to act like a real time support and resistance area so as you can see it’s been an up mode here.

And now, it’s going back to the yellow line which is called the turning line and then through the purple line which is called the standard line. And it’s headed back towards this direction.

This will be a support area. Actually all of the lines except the white one is going to be a real time support area so.

In a strong trend you can see that the yellow line is going to hold a lot and then there’s sometimes where it won’t hold so that’s going to be like say support one and this is going to be like support two.

And this is going to be fast. This is going to be medium. And this is going to be slow so I think of that as fast support, medium support and slow support. Slow support is always going to be stronger than fast or medium.

So in the next video I go a little bit more in depth on where all the lines are and how we’re going to use them.

I’ve been asked to speak at the Wealth 365 event. I will be speaking there in the next 11 days, 22 hours and 42 minutes and 47 seconds as of the recording of this video. It will change by the time I’ll HYPERLINK you over there.

I’m going to be walking you through how you can find better trades in as little as three clicks. And it’s pretty automated so if you’re interested in that material put your first name, email address and your optional telephone number there and then click claim your free ticket to register for the webinar.

Good luck. Hope it helps. See you on the next video.

Hubert.
