We Will Need to Be More Picky Now

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at REGN. Now the pickens are getting a little swim out there. A lot of things are trading sideways after we’ve got the covid selloff and the pickup buying the things had discount rates. Now, the pickens deserve it. It’s going to be more important for you to be a better stock picker. Let’s take a look at REGN in this case. The ADX is little low at $14.72 but I think we can make it work. I’m going to expand this and what we’re going to do is we’re going to walk through a potential trade that you could do as early as next week. A trade above $613.04. I’m just going to call it $613. It would be a decent long with a stop nearly wide stop of 13 points at $600. Now, let’s see if we can figure out a target for this bad boy. When you’re drawing Fibonaccis you’re going to go low, high, higher low.  I mean you can make it work. Like you can go low here and then high and the next one should be higher low. I can make that one work but actually the low is right there so it’s not going to be perfect for me so I’m going to back up. What I’m going to do is I’m going to go low, high and then I could higher low or I could go low, high, higher low. That one actually might work even a little better. When it gets like this you may have to do all three.  This is a low. That’s a high. That’s a low. Do one there. And then go one, two, three and then you can do one, two, three. If you do it you’re going to have lines everywhere. So in this case scenario there’s not a perfect fit. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to make one, two and three what it’ll give you in the middle of the trade. Low here, high here and low there. Next target will obviously be $615 which is pretty on top of 3 points away.  $640 followed by $679 and then if it will run like a scalded dog mybe $729 to $743.
