Let’s take a look at the 10 year note so it is breaking below the cloud today which will be a good short in my opinion.

This is a high conviction trade for me. I am already short the 10 year from back in here on a countertrend trade right here and that general area.

So I am short the current contract months which is the December contract and I’m also short the March contract in the 2022 year.

Now, the only problem with that is I am in the market on that. Let me show you what I mean on that situation. It’s not a good thing or a bad thing. It’s just something you got to be aware of.

So in this trade I’m up $625. I was up a little bit more than earlier. I was up a max of $765.

So this is the TYH22 and you can see that’s a negative one position that means I’m short.

When I take my camera over here you can see a little bit more so. In the December contract there is one point. That means I got the volume right.

There it is. $1.1 million contracts traded. The TYH22 there are two contracts traded today. I was one of them yesterday so basically I could sell to one of these other two cats that are earning this market.

The reason I’m trying to doing it because I know this is going to be crowded trade I’m trying to jump in.

Before a lot of people jumping in. Not so much to jump in before you because you guys already know what I’m doing.

I’m just talking about this will be a crowded trade so I’m trying to just to get in it and hang into it and staying in it as long as I possibly can.

I could liquidate this trade and it will be just fine. I would go market and I will get a fib on it.

I get a little slippage obviously because the spreads are wider on the future month contracts but it still work. It’s just thin.

You just have to know what you’re dealing with when you’re trading thinner markets that don’t have a lot of volume yet.
