These Both Look Good

Sorry about that. Hubert Senters here. I’m going to edit that out. I’m just keep on rolling, ladies and gentlemen. Let’s take a look at AAP Advanced Auto Parts obviously gapped up today. Usually, when stuff does like it, it’s either news or earnings. And we’re still in earning season so it’s earnings. You have a nice little gap up. It’s up $8.17 %or $11. It’s a pretty good move. Now, their competition which is AZO will also be rally and there you go. So one strategy you can do in just test is out for yourself. Make sure it works for you. A very simple strategy. You’ll just figure out who else is in the industry and who else is number one, two and three in that in that category and if they’re doing good. Probably, the competition’s doing pretty good too because usually unless they’re just direct competitors like AMD and Intel like we covered the other day and they take over a lot of market share then it’s usually either a nationally or a regional top business. And you can usually pull off hey, all ships will ride with the tight type of thing. So AutoZone probably is not going to put Advanced Auto Parts out of business and vice versa so that’s why they’re both rallying today. So take a look at that. Add both of those to your watch list. They’re both decent longs. I like the AAP better. It’s already very well-defined trading. Not a whole lot of pullback and when you compare it to AZO, AZO was in a decent pullback but it’s a decent uptrend but it’s pulling back a little bit more and slightly different. AutoZone has 716 and AAP is 156 so you can pick up more of the AAP. But the beta is going to be a factor there too. So add those two to your watch list.
