TRADING TIPS

So Do You Have Enough Cushion?

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at the 10 year note. In this example you can see that I am short at $133’17. I’ll show you where I’m exactly shorthand just a second. And you can see there’s a couple little bounces that are coming into and eating into my profit but they don’t freak me out because i have a trailing stoploss on it plus I’m hoping this trade and trying to turn it into $8000 with a profit. So I know I’ve got to let it develop a little bit and these things are methodical while it go down, retrace, down, retrace and then it will drop again so I have enough cushion. The one thing I want to causing you on them is over the weekend. You can potentially get a crazy. I mean a crazy like I never want to be in a position over the weekend unless I have at least a $1000 per contract of cushion. And if you’re more conservative you might want to up to that like $1500 or $2000. Just because you never know what someone’s going to do just for instance we had somebody to have like a unibond or situation at the UK hospital. And right here in our local city in Versailles, Kentucky and crack off a little bit expose of those some time. I don’t want to be long or short when that happens unless I have enough cushion to be able to stain that type of crazy in the market or crazy in the news. So let’s take a look at the trade. So in this example one of the best hours short at $133’17. So I’m at $133’8.5. Not 17. 17 was up here. So if I was I lied. I’m short right here. So in this case scenario you can see per one lot and this is a one lot trade I’m up $1,640.63. That is over the thousand dollar mark per contract. So I can safely in my opinion hold it over the weekend. These things will open back up Sunday at 6PM and then I’ll see where I’m at. Now, on that trade I just showed you I only risk $156.25 to potentially make a $1000 or more and currently I’m up at $1600. I’m going to show you how to do that exact trade on Wednesday, March 31st at 8PM. I’m going to HYPERLINK you to the page. I hope it helps. See you on the next video. Hubert.
