Look for This to Sell Off More

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at MHK, Mohawk enterprises. This is the stuff that you’re looking for. That’s below the cloud. And also is gappy. Here’s what I mean by gappy. So if you zoom in here you can see that this was already below the cloud pushing low barely even get up to the cloud and then rolled back over again. Once again, got up to the top of the cloud, rolled back over and see this gap down and consolidation. That’s bad news. Consolidation sell off, sell off, sell off, another gap, sell off, sell off, sell off, another gap. It’s not going to stop. So it’s got so much momentum to the downside. The challenge is going to be figuring out where the dag on things are going to stop so use a little bit longer time frame and you see like they do have some decent support all the way down here at $53 which is probably where it’s going to go to.
