Let’s look at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The symbol is CMH also formally called Salmonella for a good reason. So a question from viewers are “what are you thinking about Chipotle now that they hired Taco Bell CEO?” Still looks nasty to me. Didn’t look like it’s going any higher.
If you look at it — usually when you do this stuff like I’m not a big news trader. I’m more of a technical type of person. But let’s just look at the weekly chart of Chipotle.
Nothing in that chart on the weekly chart looks promising yet. Now, it will take the guy. If the guy from Taco Bell can even turn around Chipotle, it’ll take him months or years to do it.
He’s not going to do it in a day. Right. So if you’re buying it for that reason, fine! Buy, put a stop in at the lows here at $251 and pray it goes to $400. I wouldn’t do that.
I would more go for a daily chart. And if it can get back above the cloud I would get along. That’s just how I like to do things. You do things that you want to do them though. But it still looks nasty.
I mean it did gap up and it’s holding a gap, that’s promising. But I mean just right now it just looks sideways to slightly lower. Doesn’t look like something I’d be interested in trading. I’d rather be trading something like Amazon, Netflix, NFLX, some stuff like that.
