Let’s take a look at AMD. It is the biggest net gainer on the Nasdaq today. Unfortunately, it’s not a great set-up yet. It’s got potential. I mean it’s been above the cloud. It tested the cloud right here and it bounced off one to three days.
Pulled back and then it’s bounced off two days then it will re-visit it again. I wouldn’t touch this until it clears this most recent high here at $29.93 just a few ticks above that’s where I get long just because it’s been doing look like the hippity-hop right here.
And it hasn’t really followed through so you need some escape velocity in order for this thing to continue to move outside of its little range bound the stuff that it’s been doing lately so.
Definitely a decent looking long and the ADX is a little low at $12.09 so I would like to see the ADX start creeping back towards $20 and I’d like to see AMD take out that $29.93. Let’s just round it up to $30 making it even $30 above $30 makes a decent long below $30 I would just leave it alone.
