TRADING TIPS

ALB: Early Bird Gets the Worm

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at ALB. It’s one of the biggest percentage movers on the S&P on Friday. Now, you’re probably saying well, yeah but you shouldn’t trade anything that’s not outside of the cloud. And that is correct. I’m going to show you when to look at multi timeframe analysis of a way that you can look at once you’re in the cloud. You should in my opinion zoom in on the smaller timeframe. So remember this is in the cloud as of that’s Thursday, this is Friday. So you come in Friday morning and then you’ll be met with something that once like this. And now there you go. So you can see this right here. This is a 10-minute buy signal. Usually a 10-minute buy signal is worth anywhere from three to five hours. This is the way I like to look at this. If we buy it in one, two or three bar test on a 10-minute on the 60 it will work its way to the under side of the cloud. Now, you will still be in the daily cloud which then there is the turning line. It went all the way to the turning line in the cloud. And then it might go to $164.55. And if you see this right here we’re going to go to the underside of the cloud. It could be anywhere and this is own right here. Right in there which would be anywhere from $158 to $162. And then if it gets to there it could cross the hourly buy signal and then bump up above the daily buy signal. And that’s the way I think about that stuff. It’s kind of like an early warning system the same way I’m reminding you to log in early to the Trade Thirsty Toast to Traders event Saturday, February 20th at 9AM EST. Here are your speakers. There are their topics. I’m going to HYPERLINK you to the registration page. Good luck. Hope it helps. See you on the next video. Hubert.
