Let’s take a look at Adobe and how to trade something in there that’s really strong uptrend.
Now, heads up, we’ve been in the bull market for 10 years. And we pretty much throw dart at something that’s going up and make money. It’s not like that. It’s hard.
The 10 year bull market is not going to last forever and it’s going to get harder to trade. And then you’re going to have to figure out how to do the stuff a little bit more advanced. But as you can see Adobe crossed above the cloud. Pretty much with all the green candles here with this indicator behind it telling me it’s probably want to go higher.
So then I pick a smaller timeframe and I’ll use the UBE Pro here to let me know if the risk reward ratio lines up with what I’m comfortable with. And it’ll pick me a stop and a couple exits and actually three exits.
So in this case now, I’m not going to show you winners because that’s cherry picking out like that so minus $1 plus $3.3. Minus point 5 plus $11.2 so we’re still profitable there. Plus $1.3, minus $1, plus $1.1 plus $3.5 minus $1.
So you can see in this example of this system which is in the indicator that acts like a system which is really cool. What it does is it does this. It goes okay, in this example on Adobe I’m going to blow this up. This is a five minute chart. You need about pretty much any chart you want to do.
In this example, it’s saying you should have gotten $375.20. The Average True Range risk is $1.1 so I know I’m going to risk an Average True Range of $1.1 and that’s okay. I can’t get in at $37.20. Well, then just get in anywhere you can here.
There’s your first target. There’s your second. And then the trailing stop-loss with this blue line. And then here’s another one. And now, you’re back in here again. Entry, target one and you’re holding going into Tuesday and you’ll flip out another quarter on Tuesday probably and then you’ll get a trailing stop-loss on the rest of it.
