Let’s take a look at MRNA. Not so much for this to trade but I want to teach you how to read a chart.
This is blank so it’s easy to do. The trade you’re going to look for is a 50 percent retracement. I coin the trade and ambush because I think that’s what we’re doing to the trade so.
I’m going to be pointing out this one so you can see the beginning of the buying here and the end of the buying there. That’s the perfect one.
So I’m going to show you beginning of the buying end of the buying pulls back and your job is to buy at either $194 to $186.
Now, you can do it one or two ways. You can do it once it gets in here on the way in or you can do it on the way out.
You also need to know if you’re going to do it a trade in that area or a close in that area. Now, once you do that then you reverse this so if your first zone to buy is in this area then we will reverse so just remember how I did that.
One, two and all I’m going to do is I’ll remove that and then I’ll go like this. I’ll go one, two in the opposite direction and that will be my target so.
My entry is $193. My target would be $210 to $214. The reason I’m saying that is you’ve got another one setting up right now. Does that mean it would work in the future?
No. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. You should never trade one money you can’t afford to lose.
Now, if we’ve looked at this thing and we go like this and we go. You could draw it from here to here. That will work. You could draw it from there. They’ll all work. Those right there will just because it’s right in that 50 percent area.
So your job would have been today to get long at $219 to $213 either way it’s going down here or if it’s going up like that.
Now, where’s your target at? Your target you just reverse it. You go from this point to that point. And then right there here’s your trade so long $219 to $214. Target $230 to $233.
So the next time you see those trades make sure to pay attention to them because they can be quite powerful.
