INTC Looks Solid

    Herb,
    I enjoy your reports in many ways and in particular your delivery and take on your selections. Last week you recommended TSLA as a short and after an immediate down tick that you felt a uptick was due and then 190 was the target.
    Is yesterdays uptick over and now is a good time to again short again or should one sit it out
