Let’s take a look at UPS. I’m going to take a look at a potential decent short so one thing that should jump out of it to you are these gap here and this gap here and this gap here.
So it’s been a little gappy. That just screams to me is kind of weird. It’s not that it’s not a good thing. It’s not as a bad thing. It’s just you like all the charts to be technically pretty pure if you can get them that way.
It’s shown a little bit of bipolar way and weirdness. So you’ve got a sideways consolidation here and now it’s sold off yesterday and today.
I don’t think the cloud is going to hold and I think this is going to be a pretty good target for it of $181.
Now, you can always sneak in there by just cheating. It’s not really cheating You just use a smaller timeframe.
So it is above the cloud and you can do a counter trend trade as long as you don’t get to the position. So this is a 10 minute signal.
So you can see back here it fired off a short and that short was initiated if you would have taken it around $211.
So that’s the 10 minute signal and then the 60 minute signal also fired off right here around about $213.
You’ve had a couple of different things telling you it’s going lower and usually a 10 minute is good 4 hours a daily is good for three to five days so you’ve only got two days so you’ve got plenty of time here.
Now, the cloud might hold and you’re shorting it above the cloud but you’re doing it with it is trending. That’s good down here which you got this open gap that it wants to get attracted to around $181 so take a look at a potential short on UPS with a target of $181.
