Question About the Yellow and Purple Lines

Hubert Senters here. Got a question from a viewer. Hubert, when you talk about the yellow and purple lines in this video, what moving averages are those? In the video he’s referring to, you’re looking at TSLA using the cloud. I think he’s asking about those two lines in the cloud. Let’s take a look at Tesla so let’s go Tesla, TSLA. The yellow line is called the turning line and the purple line is called the standard line. This is what’s called Ichimoku, the settings on this inputs are 9 period, 26, 52, 26, 1, 26. Now, it says Tenken that means turning line. Kjun, turning line, standard line. They’re not moving averages. They’re mid point averages which are calculated slightly different. But if it makes it easier for layman’s terms for a good old-fashioned common sense it’s 9 period and a 26. But it’s not a moving average. It’s a mid point average which calculated slightly different.  That’s what those numbers are when I’m looking at those bad boys 9 and 26. Hopefully that helps you out. I’m going to be doing a special talk over at the Wealth 365 Election Summit. I will HYPERLINK you to the registration page. I will be going over what’s working in the markets now how to find new trend trades both in the up and direction and what markets I’m focusing on right now. Good luck. Hope it helps. See you on the next video. Hubert.
