Let’s take a look at a follow-up walk through for our bracket trade on Peloton. Stock symbol is PTON.
So if we look at this hopefully you got a fill on it and if you didn’t we’ll just walk through the trading and you’ll learn how to do the bracket trade and you can use it for the rest of your life.
Our first target so we would be short right there and our first target which was $147 so you’d be short from depending on how you did it.
If you did a trade below at $155.65 then you first target would be $147.94. If you did a trade for a close below then your execution is going to be lower.
It’s going to cost you about 3 points. Your initial short would have been $152 and you would still make some money at $147.
And then we’re going to try to target this area right here which will probably get this week. Next target is going to be $144.60 and then after that we’ll see if we can get it to drop down to $135.
