I got some questions from folks. I want to know how you locate the program buying and selling indicator. It’s not an indicator. It’s a market internal. Do you have to first subscribe to the data?Yes. You have to subscribe to CME data. This is a CME product. If you’re a trade station user it’s the top CME package when you first log in to your back end. The symbol that you’re going to track is $ESINX. I’ll put it on the 1 minute chart.
If you’re a tosh user you’re going to use this symbol and I think it’s included in most data package.
Slash ES-SPX. If you’re another user than that I can’t use all these platforms so please don’t email and ask me what is for and interactive broker. I don’t know. I can’t use all of them. Just probably your broker now he should be able to tell you. You’re looking for the E-Mini S&P 500 Premium Index.
Now, once you got that information you can go over to this website and this website is programtrading.com Scroll down and there will be list of ones. Let’s go program trading. programtrading.com buy and sell. Today’s Buy and Sell levels. Click right there. Just get to it programtrading.com. You can also click the BuySell right there. And you scroll down and you’re looking for this text right here in this paragraph which is right here.
Our computers are set for program buying at $-5.30 and set for program selling $-8.70. Those numbers changed everyday. Just change them prior to the market open. I’d recommend getting in there 9 o’clock, 9:15. Market opens at 9:30. Now, throw out the first few because the first few are kind of worthless. What you’re going to do is this is how it opened up today and then it got into its zone. I’ve already put my lines in here. $-5.30 and $-8.70.
And then what I’ll do is I’ll use an alert that’ll say breakout intra. Alert once per bar. So as soon as it hits either a program buy or program sells then I can make a quick decision where I want to buy or sell the market at that area. Usually for me program buy is a buy. Program sell is a sell. That is the nitty-gritty of how you work that creature. I do classes on this in a live trading room.
