TRADING TIPS

Does it Work on Longer Time Frames?

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at Procter & Gamble on a daily chart. One of the questions I’ve been getting lately is ‘’hey, can you use the UBE pro on a longer timeframe? I see you doing it on intraday stuff?’’ Yeah. You can. It’s going to give you the same type of results where you’re going to have $1X winner minus one, minus two, minus three, minus four minus five. And then you got another one over here. So that would be minus four total because you have one, two, three, four, five losers. One winner, normal. That’s how real trading works. And then you short it here, target 1, target 2 and trailing the stop-Loss. So heads up, and that’s going to be more than $4X which is going to take care of a little small losses so yes, you can. And if you want to like ‘’well, I don’t want to put it on a daily chart. I don’t want to put on like a 60 minute chart.’’ Yeah. You can do it. Just go hit $60 and figure out if you like the results of that particular strategy. A smaller timeframe is going to give you more shots. The more shots like if you have on a one minute chart you’re going to take a lot of shots at the baskets but you’re going to miss a lot of them. So in other words it’s not that the signals are crap. It’s just you can get stopped out a lot. And the longer time frames you’re going to get stopped out too but the targets will probably be a lot larger when they start traveling for it, does that makes sense? So you just got to pick your poison, your timeframe that you like. That’s really good for your risk profile and stick to that. All right. Good luck. Hope it helps.
