Let’s take a look at WDAY, Danger, Danger Will Robinson. This is not a good looking chart pattern. Now, it may look appetizing to you because it’s vertical here and then a sell off and then a retracement and then it’s going back down.
So it looks to me potentially like it could break the cloud and then go all the way down to $125. It hasn’t done it yet but this is the look that it presents to you before that happens so vertical up, real nasty sell off either sideways consolidation or retraces some of that move and then breaks this low again so.
When it breaks this low again that’s not good news right there so you see where it sold off that low, retrace breaking and again. So it probably won’t hold the $135 area just because it’s picking up steam as it’s going lower. So if you are a long work day, WDAY, make sure you have a stop-loss and if you’re comfortable with the risk that you are taking.
