COF Long Signal

Hubert Senters here. Obviously, the market went down on Friday so I was doing some scans for new above the cloud and new below the cloud. And this one popped up on my radar. Capital one. Stock symbol is COF. Friday it closed above the cloud. It’s trending not great but pretty good. As far as the ADX is concern $18.71. It could go a little bit higher and hit a target of about $83 so it’s about 10 point move in an equity that’s trading at $73 so not too bad. I would only risk $3. $3 to make $10 is how I would do it.
