AMZN Risk vs. Reward

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at Amazon. If you’ve been following me, you know, I’m a huge fan of Amazon and the stock and the company. So we’re going to walk through an example just issued a new buy today on Ichimoku and then a slap on UBE pro. The acronym for UBE pro is the ultimate breakout indicator. It is why we name that. It is because it is designed to catch breakouts like this. Is it perfect? No. Does it catch every move? No. Are you never going to lose money trading anything? Come on now it’s trading. It’s called speculation people. The definition of trading is not guaranteed wealth generation with a zero risk. That’s not the definition. So let’s walk through this. So as you can see here this is why I like this so much. I can find a breakout according to my scanning properties and then I can slap this thing on a chart. I’ve got a 2 minute, if I put a 1 minute, there are so many signals, it’s overwhelming so I’ll sync it down about the small socket goes a 2 minute chart in order to graphically show you this and be effective. So as you can see the long basically the close yesterday about 15 minutes before there’s target 1 the yellow T1, here’s target 2, the magenta or purple and then you’re trailing your stop-loss here and you see it stopped out right there on so out a half, out a quarter, a quarter so that’s plus $22. I’m just going to call it $22X. It should be $23 rounded up. But we’ll make a. Here’s another one. So intraday long here, stop-loss here, target 1, target 2, and the exit on the trailing stop-loss $6X. Now, that $6X is I would have made 6 times my amount of I would have risk. So from this small stop right there from my risk versus my reward was a $6X. That’s good. Here’s another one, long right here, target 1, target 2 and trailing the stop-loss, currently at target 3 at $1497.56.
