AIV Short Pick

Hubert Senters here. Let’s take a look at AIV. This is one of our favorites last night on Technical Tuesday as a potential short. What we do is we scan the markets for new fresh longs and new fresh shorts. If you’re interested in taking trial call office just google Hubert Senters. Anyway, this was one of  my favorite shorts and how I like to attack this problem is number one I’m looking for something that broke below the cloud cleanly one, two, three bars it signaled off to us two days and yesterday was a second day. So then I’ll go in and I’ll put it in the bet system, BETTS. And then what I want to do is I want to focus only on the short side. I don’t want to fiddle with the long side because it makes no sense. This is short trade for me. And then I just let this thing do its magic math. I don’t really have to the side anything other than yes or no I want to take the trade. So in this example mark as it opens up and the sell order can already be placed right at the open so as the market’s open it’s going to be ready. $52.14 potential short at $52.14. The stop will be $52.33. You’re not risking a whole lot of money there. Target one $51.99, target two $51.87 out a half, out a quarter and then let the last quarter run or close it out at the end of the day.
