Let’s take a look at VertextP Pharmaceuticals. Stock symbol is VRTX. See right there. I can actually read. Believe it or not I am Dyslexic. No joke about it and I can’t spell a word. It looks pretty good. It’s in rally mode here. I don’t think it’s been that high forever. Let’s take a look at the monthly chart here. No. All the time highs look good.
When you’re looking that type of stuff obviously about to only way to do a target is do a ratio of how much you’re willing to risk, how much you’re willing to take off the table. You can also do some Fibonacci stuff which is what I like to do. What I’ll do is back down here to the daily chart. I’ll look for a low and then a high and then a higher low.
You could do it here one, two, three or you could do it here one, two, three. I’m going to show you how to overlap so you can go point one, point two, point three. So there’s where that one lapping and saying $299 and $308. And then you could walk back a little bit further and see if it will match up. People call these things Fibonacci cluster. One, two and then three. Let me try it again.
I’m going to go one, two and then three. And then the theory is if you get two or three or four stacking up on top of each other that’s going to be a stronger magnet of support or resistance. And here you can see it’s going to be an area of interest $295 to $299, $308 doesn’t have a double so that make sense so $295 to $299.
